As long as I'm sending out prayer requests.

Missionary Fred Whitman (Italy) has been having increasing episodes of speech difficulty. These seem to be related to a pain in his arm. Rachel (his wife) wrote on the 20th - 

<< He has now been in the hospital here in San Sisto for four days, and as of yet we have no answers regarding why this is happening. After we left him last evening he had another episode involving extreme pain in the arm and at that point he lost any ability to speak. Today he was speaking fairly well, but the doctors' initial diagnosis of the problem being related to stress and being over worked does not seem to hold up....Tonight we were told that if it is determined that the problem is neurological we should immediately take him to another hospital such as the one in Rome. That does not give us a lot of confidence. So pray too that we would have wiwsdom as we make decisions about where to seek care.

These folks very much need your prayers.
