Good Afternoon Folks,
 
A member of our church here at Bible Baptist forwarded this prayer
request to me. Many of us remember when Dick Brown and his wife served
at First Baptist Church in Marathon, NY. The prayer request is as
follows:

I am just writing to ask for your prayer for my best friend from High
School.  Many of you will remember Dalene Miller (used to be Dalene
Brown)...some may not.  Her Father is Pastor Richard Brown who was the
Pastor at the Baptist Church for many years.  A couple of weeks ago
Dalene was admitted into the hospital and diagnosed with TTP (You can
look this up on the internet if you want to know more about it).
Basically all of her blood cells are being killed.  When I received the
call on Friday, June 27, they did not expect her to make it through the
weekend.  She has had more than 8 plasmapherisis to date.  This is
basically where they remove all of the blood from her body and replace
it with new.  This is very hard on her.  Your blood platlets are
supposed to be at 150,000 and hers were at 11,000.  She went up to
around 45,000 after her first treatment but they have dropped back down
14,000 and her blood pressure dropped to 70 over 22.  This is obviously
not good news.  Please, Please, Please keep her in your prayers and pass
this on to anyone else that will keep her in their prayers.  Share it
with your church people,,,anyone.  Thanks!
